Already announced with the dreamlike film “From Sand” launched online since September 29th, the serie “Assassin’s Creed” comes back with the new opus “Assassin’s Creed Origins”.

Taking place in ancient Egypt, the game continues to lean on solid historic references as well as reproductions of realistic environments of history and tells us all about the origin of the Assassin’s Creed.

It’s the search of the truth that urged DDB° Paris, in the continuity of its content strategy, to tell this “origin” with a raw and realistic Live film, shot like a peplum avoiding the Hollywood clichés.

Directed by Daniel Wolfe and shot on film, using more than 200 extras, as many costumes and numerous species of animals that allowed to stage the narrative storytelling of the myth.

Accompanied by the title “The Middle of the World” from Nicholas Britell, "I Am” tells the story of more than men, strong ideas created and shaped people movements and these ideas survived to their creators. A principle applied to this film which focuses on the message and not on the hero, who through the game will have the opportunity to reveal his personal mysteries.

The 90sec version of the film will be online on October 16th, and the shorter versions on TV and cinema in EMEA. The game Assassin’s Creed Origins will be available to buy on PC and consoles on October 27th and on Xbox One X at its launch on November 7th. All questions asked by DDB° Paris trough this film will finally have an answer.
