After a Breakout Year, DAVID New York Elevates Creative Talent

Feb. 18, 2026

Global creative agency DAVID announces today promotions of two creative duos in its New York office, Pedro Sattin and Sébastien Rouvière, and Jason Burke and Erin Evon, to group creative directors. Also, Carmen Fenech has been promoted to ACD.

As founding members of DAVID New York, Pedro and Sébastien have played critical roles in the agency’s rapid rise since its launch in 2022, including securing the agency's first AOR client, CLIF (Mondelez). They have been instrumental in making Supercell’s games culturally relevant, driving the company to its most profitable year ever. Their work contributed to DAVID New York’s Entertainment Agency of the Year win at Cannes Lions 2025, delivering campaigns including “Haaland Payback Time.” Before joining DAVID New York, Pedro and Sébastien worked at DAVID Madrid for 3 years. Throughout their careers, the duo has earned 2 Titanium and 3 Grand Prix at Cannes Lions and over 300 awards at international festivals including D&AD, Clio, One Show, ANDY, LIA, Effie, and Eurobest.

Jason Burke and Erin Evon joined DAVID New York in 2024 as Creative Directors from Rethink. They played a key role in winning the IKEA business and were instrumental in launching the brand’s new U.S. platform, Dream the Possibilities. At DAVID New York, they have also delivered standout work for Cointreau, including Any Tequila starring Aubrey Plaza. Known for building powerful brand partnerships, Jason and Erin have led and shaped campaigns that connect brands with culture in unexpected ways, like Clash of Clans x WWE (Supercell) and, prior to DAVID, Tide x Marvel, Goldfish x Boban, among others. Their work has been recognized across every major global award show, and they were named to Adweek’s Creative 100 (2023).

Carmen Fenech has been with DAVID for nearly 3 years and was promoted to Associate Creative Director. Prior to joining DAVID, she built her career at Hill Holliday in Boston and TAXI in Toronto. Over the past year, Carmen has played a key role in shaping several of the agency’s most high-profile and successful campaigns, including DAVID’s first wave of work for IKEA following the business win, Cointreau’s Any Tequila, and Clash of Clans’ Barbarian Look-Alike Competition. Carmen’s work has been recognized by top global and national award shows, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, LIA, and Communication Arts. She was also named to Ad Age’s Creatives to Watch in 2026.

All group creative directors report to Daniel Lobatón (DAVID North America, Chief Creative Officer) and André Toledo (DAVID New York, Chief Creative Officer).

André Toledo said:

“These promotions recognize the talent and impact our team brings to DAVID every day. Valuing and growing our people are core to our culture, and their work raises the creative bar for our clients and our agency."
