ARK Agency Appointed to Support Eden Project's Nature: Connections and Recovery Programme

ARK Agency has been appointed to support Eden Project in developing the creative for Nature: Connections and Recovery, a three-year, multi-organisation partnership programme.

Nature: Connections and Recovery is being led by Eden Project, delivered in partnership with the Wildlife Trust in programme areas. ARK has been appointed following a competitive pitch, and will support the development of creative for a UK-wide public engagement campaign alongside six place-based focus areas: Dundee, Morecambe, Liverpool, Belfast, Newport and Cornwall.

Dan James, Development Director, Eden Project said:

"Reconnecting people with nature has never mattered more, and doing it at the scale this programme needs takes a partner who understands both the science and the storytelling. ARK impressed us with their energy and ideas from the very first meeting. This is a defining moment in our 25th anniversary year - a three-year programme with brilliant partners to inspire millions to make positive changes for their own wellbeing and for nature's recovery. Head outside, go for a walk, breathe in some fresh air; just 17 minutes in nature a day can make a real difference."

Mat Goff, Founder, ARK Agency said:

"To be trusted as a partner by a name as significant as Eden Project speaks volumes, and it's a responsibility we don't take lightly. Modern living has created a disconnect between people and our environment and we need each other. The Nature: Connections and Recovery Programme is about reconnecting people with nature, helping them to see and feel the benefit of time spent within it, and about giving communities the strength and skills to take action in their corner of the world to protect and restore their local environment. Communication is central to that. This only works if we can resonate authentically with the communities we're speaking to, town by town. It's a chance to use our talents across both local and national platforms - there's real urgency that has to be communicated effectively, and we intend to deliver that message.”

The win continues strong momentum for ARK, which has secured a diverse roster of clients in recent months, including Krispy Kreme, Rude Health, loveholidays, Magners, Huel and Löfbergs.
