Billion Dollar Boy Appoints Charlie Hurrell in New UK Managing Director Role

Global, social-first agency with Creator InsinctTM, Billion Dollar Boy, announces the appointment of Charlie Hurrell in the newly created role as UK Managing Director, as the agency accelerates its next phase of growth.
The move follows a year of strong performance for Billion Dollar Boy UK, which reported a 29% annual increase in gross profit growth. The new role strengthens the agency’s leadership and underlines its commitment to deepening client partnerships with a social-first and effectiveness-led approach, and nurturing its 110-strong UK team.
Hurrell brings extensive experience in the creative communications space spanning broadcast advertising to digital and social content, with leadership roles at House 337 (formerly Engine), Pablo, Dentsu and MullenLowe. She has been responsible for client partnerships for brands including Unilever, Sony, McCain, HM Government, American Express, Santander, Honda, Marie Curie, Sky, and M&S.
Most recently, Hurrell served as Chief Client Officer at House 337, supporting client growth and helping the agency achieve recognition as a Fast Company Top 10 Most Innovative Agency. She also played a central role in defining the positioning and objectives of the newly rebranded agency.
Her appointment will continue to strengthen Billion Dollar Boy’s reputation as a global leader in social-first and creator marketing. The agency was recently named Global Influencer Marketing Agency of the Year at the Global Influencer Marketing Awards, recognised by Adweek as one of its Fastest Growing Agencies for a fifth consecutive year, and became the first influencer agency to achieve IPA Effectiveness Accreditation.
