Brand storytelling and strategic advertising agency Fortnight Collective has added Rosemary Calderone as head of Business Development.

Rosemary will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion and success of the agency by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Her main focus is driving and identifying longer-term projects and AOR relationships which will yield incremental billing opportunities for the agency. This is an important position that will support leadership in all facets of Fortnight Collective’s business, help to solidify its foundation and set the shop up for future growth.

Rosemary has spent the last two decades in New York City working in advertising and public relations leadership and business development roles. An integrated marketer at heart, she’s passionate about leveraging creativity to deliver culture driving ideas and business results. She has worked at agencies including McCann Worldgroup, Havas Worldwide, and Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal. Most recently, she was EVP, global client lead, at MSL. She has a deep background in CPG, technology and financial services. Notable brands she’s worked with include Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Liberty Mutual Insurance, CrossFit, Vanguard and Verizon.

Although Rosemary fully expects to be in New York City often, Boulder, CO, is where she wants to spend the majority of her time. From the creative startup energy to the sophisticated food scene, the active outdoor culture and 300 days of sunshine, the unique atmosphere of Boulder, CO, combined with the smarts, energy and culture of Fortnight Collective is hard to resist.
