Fred Bosch Promoted to ECD at David Madrid
Jan. 23, 2026
DAVID announces the promotion of Fred Bosch to Executive Creative Director of its Madrid office. A key figure in the agency’s journey in Spain, Bosch will take on this new role to further drive innovation and elevate DAVID’s impact in a new chapter marked by the rise of artificial intelligence and the dominance of social media.
This move recognizes Bosch’s successful track record as a pioneer of digital and social ideas in Spain, having led some of the most celebrated campaigns of the past decade, including Scary Clown Night and Burger Clan, both for Burger King.
Pancho Cassis, Partner and Global Chief Creative Officer at DAVID said:
"Ever since Fred joined as a digital trainee at Leo Burnett Iberia, I knew he had something special. That’s why he later joined us at Lola MullenLowe and, eventually, at DAVID. Clients love him, he understands the business better than anyone, and he leads teams with an enviable balance of humanity and high standards."
In his new role, Fred Bosch will report directly to Pancho Cassis and will join DAVID’s Creative Council.
Bosch boasts an impressive list of accolades. His career includes more than 70 Cannes Lions, among them 3 Grand Prix and a Titanium Lion for the iconic “Stevenage Challenge” campaign.
Since joining DAVID in 2019, Fred has led the Burger King account, spearheading campaigns such as “Confusing Times” and “Menu Court,” which have left a lasting mark on popular culture and the advertising industry.
Bosch said:
"It is both an honor and a responsibility to take on the role of Executive Creative Director at DAVID Madrid. The opportunity to continue growing alongside Pancho and the exceptional team we’ve built together is a privilege. I’m excited about what the future holds and eager to keep achieving milestones like we previously did with Saulo and André."
Fred Bosch’s promotion reinforces DAVID’s commitment to developing internal talent and to a growth vision focused on building leaders from within the agency.
