The Gerety Awards, brings together some of the greatest creative leaders each year to look at work from a powerful perspective.

With over 17 years of experience in communication and creative industry, Sabina has worked both on the client and agencies side across various countries in Central Asia and the CIS.
Sabina founded the Central Asian Festival of сreative сommunications Jolbors 14 years ago, which has become the region's leading and most anticipated event for creative leaders, advertisers, marketers, production and branding studios.

Nurlan Satarov is a versatile Creative Director with a strong foundation in Art Direction. He has guided projects from zero-budget initiatives to high-end, AAA productions, creating everything from classic print ads to stadium-scale integrated campaigns. After serving as Art Director at TBWA/CA&C (2010–2014) and Senior Art Director at Cheil Kazakhstan (2014–2019), he moved into his current role as Creative Director of Cheil Kazakhstan, overseeing and creating local creative communications for Samsung across Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

Over his 14-year career, Nurlan has earned more than 130 awards (including 70 metals) at national and international festivals such as Epica, Golden Drum, Mad Stars (Ad Stars), Clio Health Care, Golden Hammer, Red Apple, KIAF, Ad Black Sea, Creativity Awards, White Square, Summit Awards, Popok, PIAF, Idea, Red Jolbors, Cannes Lions National Diploma and Best of Central Asia by AdAsia. Regularly serves as a jury member for international award shows. His key expertise spans Print, Film, and Brand Experience & Activation.
Beyond his professional pursuits, he is also an avid traveler, photography enthusiast, Formula One fan, and enjoys crafting his own liquors.

Yuliya Tushina is the Managing Director at GForce Grey, the leading advertising agency in Central Asia, and Director of Creative Transformation at DASM, the largest communication group of companies in Central Asia.
With 17 years of experience in the advertising industry, Yuliya has consistently driven transformative growth and innovation across multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Under her leadership, the agency has won over 300 advertising awards, including the first-ever Cannes Lions Gold for Kazakhstan.
Yuliya has served as a jury member at several advertising festivals such as Ad Black Sea, White Square, Red Jolbors, playing a key role in shaping the industry’s creative standards.
