Bi-coastal production company Greenpoint Pictures adds Bethany MacMillan as Executive Producer of New Business. A trusted resource and an insightful leader, MacMillan brings her vast experience in advertising and production, along with an innovative mindset, to guide Greenpoint’s directorial talent and contribute to the company's ongoing evolution.
Leading with integrity, MacMillan aims to take Greenpoint Pictures to the next level as a hub for visionary filmmaking talent and as a production powerhouse. With a proven track record for delivering on current market demands, the addition of MacMillan signals that Greenpoint Pictures is ready to take on even bigger and bolder creative projects.
MacMillan says of joining the Greenpoint team:
“In our current AI-obsessed reality, Greenpoint represents a true antidote to artificiality and ‘more of the same’ with their tried-and-true brand of authenticity, telling real human stories that are relatable for their imperfections and unique perspective. This is where real art shines.”
MacMillan is known for her passion for nurturing young directors and for finding the right creative opportunities and partners for each. Before joining Greenpoint Pictures, she worked across many disciplines at companies like MJZ, Human, HSI, Barrie Isaacson Mgmt, Über Content, Identity, and Free Agents.

“Bethany's passion for the craft and her work alongside some of the industry's best make her an exciting addition to Greenpoint. She leads with purpose, inspiring teams through clear vision and unwavering commitment to growing talent.”
