GUT Mexico City & Aeromexico Present "Arrivals"
Sep. 30, 2026
Aeromexico presents “Arrivals,” together with agency GUT Mexico City, its new campaign that puts all arrival gates as the protagonist, and that shows us that the punctuality of its service is key to being present in all those moments in life that don’t happen twice.
We are used to seeing airline commercials that focus on the flying experience, GUT found a different angle by talking about everything we can miss as travelers when arriving one minute late: from the northern lights, a wedding, a business meeting, to a golf tournament. Life is full of unrepeatable moments that don’t wait, which is why it's key to travel with an airline that understands the importance of punctuality.
The launch uses arrival gates as the central element, and all the context of what a traveler experiences when arriving on time. A film that allows us to travel through each vignette and connect with the setting and the emotions.
After being recognized as the most punctual airline in the world for two consecutive years, Aeromexico seeks to take this performance attribute into an emotional territory. Punctuality stops being only an operational figure to become a reason to choose the airline.
Jose Mario Muñoz of GUT Mexico City said:
"We found a resource that allowed us to turn a very rational attribute into a very emotional piece, because at the end of the day, crossing an arrival gate on time means that you are going to be where you want to be, when you want to be there."
Under the concept “Arrivals,” Aeromexico demonstrates that arriving on time doesn’t mean complying with a schedule. It means being there when you are supposed to be, because there are things that can wait and others that simply cannot.
