Mar. 19, 2025
Heard City & Midnight Snack Managing Partner Gloria Pitagorsky continues to impact the advertising industry and beyond, driving community-focused initiatives and playing a key role in charitable causes.
A passionate advocate, Gloria serves as Vice Chair of the NYC Food Bank for NYC and a national board member of AICP and Green The Bid. She also sits on the New York Women’s Foundation and Future of Film is Female boards, where she champions women’s voices in storytelling and directing with a showcase at MOMA.
Philip Loeb/Partner & Mixer commented:
"Gloria does such meaningful work, not only in the advertising and entertainment community but also for the community here in New York. We at Heard City and Midnight Snack are so lucky to have a leader who has an innate ability to bring people together for a greater cause, whether it’s helping address food insecurity here in New York City, trying to improve the environmental impact of our business; or career guidance and mentorship to people both in our industry and beyond – Gloria has a big heart and is tireless in her contributions.”
Her commitment to fostering community within the industry is reflected through her work with the mentoring programs at She Runs It and AICP. In 2024, she was honored with the She Runs It President’s Award for fueling innovation and her dedication to advancing women in the industry. In addition to her professional roles, Gloria is an ambassador for Every Mother Counts and a Puppy Kitty NYC board member, an animal rescue based in NYC, underscoring her dedication to philanthropy and community.
Gloria shared:
“Being part of this advertising industry is about creativity and innovation; it’s also about using our platforms and resources to make a meaningful impact in our communities. I am deeply committed to fostering collaboration and uplifting voices that often go unheard, whether it’s through addressing food insecurity, championing women in storytelling, or supporting animal welfare. Together, we can create a ripple effect that leads to positive change. I am grateful to work alongside such dedicated individuals at Heard City & Midnight Snack who share this vision. I also have so much appreciation for the many wonderful humans behind all these creative shops we get to collaborate with.”
Caryn Coleman, Film Programmer & Founder of The Future of Film is Female shared:
“Gloria is an invaluable board member at The Future of Film is Female, offering exceptional advisory support and providing post-production services to our independent women filmmakers. Her contributions empower these creators to elevate their work in ways that might otherwise be out of reach.”
