Oct. 03, 2024
"It's not a new chapter, it's a new book." With these words, Andrea Stillacci and Pierre Callegari, founders of Herezie, announce a major transformation within the agency. Herezie Paris, known for its creativity and bold approach in the advertising sector, initiates a complete reorganization of its leadership team with the appointment of four new key figures: Romain Bruneau as Managing Director, Léna Monceau and Julia Deshayes as Creative Directors and Lucas Scotti as Director of Strategic Planning.
Creative from the start, strategic until the end
Herezie commences a new era with these appointments aimed at redefining the roles of creativity and strategy. These four individuals share a unified vision where creativity and strategy are integrated at every stage, including in commercial support. This collective approach to creation aims to push the boundaries of advertising while sustainably supporting the transformation of brands.
Lena Monceau and Julia Deshayes explained:
“The four of us share a common vision of unbounded creativity. Creativity doesn't stop at the idea; it begins with the strategy and extends through every stage of the project, always with a focus on excellence in craft. And we are convinced that it is the collaboration of every talent in the agency that has the power to contribute to this vision”.
Romain Bruneau, the new Managing Director, emphasized:
"We collectively want to position Herezie in a dynamic that combines creative boldness with long-term strategic support. This new management team has the experience, passion, and vision to continually reinvent the agency while staying true to its DNA and leveraging the (many) talents present."
Lucas Scotti concluded:
"It's a matter of choice. We all chose Herezie, and we all chose each other. The word 'heresy' actually derives from the concept of choice”.
