Crystal Ski Holidays, the UK's leading ski holiday provider, has teamed up with Komodo, the global social media and influencer marketing agency, to launch Communiski – an innovative customer reward activation that redefines the traditional influencer trip by putting loyal customers at the heart of the experience.
Tui-backed Crystal Ski Holidays is shifting the focus from influencers to its own community, giving six lucky snow sports fans the chance to embark on an unforgettable winter adventure in Norway. From February 16th-23rd, the winners will enjoy a fully curated ski experience, packed with exclusive activities and guided by dedicated hosts all while Komodo’s expert content team captures every moment, turning real customer experiences into compelling storytelling to be used in Crystal Ski Holidays marketing efforts.
The Communiski campaign has already received over 200 applicants submitting video entries explaining why they deserve a spot on this once-in-a-lifetime trip. This approach marks a fresh direction for travel brand activations by prioritising authentic community engagement, and showcasing how real customers interact with the brand in a way that feels relatable and believable.


As one of the first travel and tourism operators to reimagine influencer activations in this way, Communiski represents a shift in how brands engage their audiences.
