Landor Appoints Marina Ammirato as Managing Director of New York
Sep. 11, 2025
Landor, the world’s leading brand consultancy, today announced the appointment of Marina Ammirato as Managing Director, New York. Reporting directly to Nicky Bell, President of the Americas, Ammirato will lead the studio’s growth and performance, working closely with the leadership team to expand the consultancy’s offer—spanning design, experience, governance, and measurement.
Nicky Bell, President of the Americas at Landor said:
“Bringing Marina onboard to lead our offering in New York is in response to growth we are seeing from clients. Specifically, we’re seeing enormous opportunity with corporate companies where branding has never been more business critical yet remains the most underleveraged asset for most. Building stronger, more differentiated brands helps insulate from market volatility and drive growth and measurable revenue. Marina is a culture builder and a commercial driver in equal measure. With her strategic background and deep client experience, she knows how to turn big ambition into business transformation, she’ll add value to both our clients and our people.”
Ammirato joins Landor from Wolff Olins, where she served as Executive Director, leading Growth and Engagement in the U.S., spearheading new business, commercial strategy, and client partnerships across technology, energy, financial services, media, luxury retail, and cultural institutions. Previously, she spent 14 years at Redscout, rising from the firm’s first intern to Partner and Chief Client Officer, where she helped build the Client Services and Growth functions and led marquee strategy engagements.
Marina Ammirato said:
“Landor is redefining the role of brand in business—moving it from the margins to the center of company strategy. I’m excited to lead the New York studio, partner with our Americas leadership, and work with our incredible teams and clients to create bold, transformative brand solutions that deliver real impact.”
With this appointment, Landor continues to expand its footprint and strengthen its Americas leadership team, helping brands become much more valuable and less vulnerable. Ammirato will collaborate with Abbey Whitney, Managing Director of the Midwest, Marcela Garces, Managing Director of Mexico, Ryan Frost, Executive Creative Director across the Americas, and Nick Cooper, VP Strategy & Innovation, Americas.
Ammirato will begin her role on September 15, 2025.
