LIDA bolsters operations, consumer insight and marketing technology capabilities with raft of key hires
Dec. 12, 2016
LIDA, the customer engagement specialist within the M&C Saatchi Group, is enjoying a raft of new hires with the appointment of Paula Jago as Chief Operating Officer alongside Oliver Kunze as Head of Commercial Consumer Insight and Jason Hard as Head of Marketing Technology.
Paula has a wealth of experience in senior operational roles, as well as business analyst and creative services manager roles, within a range of organisations. She has acted as a consultant for both agencies and clients over the last five years, with her last agency role being Managing Director of Operations at DigitasLBi. An experienced agency leader and business director, Paula has also worked as a special advisor for BIMA, the British Interactive Media Association.
Prior to DigitasLBi, Paula worked at Profero, Bank of America and WPP - always in a business transformation capacity, helping businesses identify where efficiencies can be made.
Jason and Oliver also bring with them a wealth of agency and client-side experience. Oliver joins from AMV BBDO where he was Head of Analytics. Before this he was client-side at Volkswagen China, having worked in brand intelligence and senior planner roles at a number of companies. He has also held senior commercial planning roles at FCB Inferno and Wunderman.
Jason Hard joins as Head of Marketing Technology from British Gas. Previously, he worked at mobile operator Three, and as a consultant, lead CRM architect and planning marketing manager at organisations including CACI, BSkyB and Telefónica, where he helped implement best practice customer engagement methodologies.
All three appointments will work across LIDA’s key accounts – notably Boots, IKEA, O2 and Royal Mail.
Victoria Fox (CEO, LIDA) said.
“I’m delighted to announce that Paula, Oli and Jason have joined the LIDA team. Together they bring a wealth of client-side experience and will help to ensure LIDA continues to evolve in pace with our clients, bringing us even closer to their customer and commercial needs. In a year of change for LIDA, these senior appointments will ensure we are leading our category from the front.”
