M+C Saatchi North America Launches New Entertainment Marketing Practice, Appoints Jen Bacchus to Lead
Jul. 09, 2026
M+C Saatchi North America today announced the appointment of Jen Bacchus to lead its newly established Entertainment Marketing practice, marking a significant expansion of the agency’s Sports+Entertainment offering across North America and strengthening its ability to help brands build cultural relevance through entertainment.
The Entertainment Marketing practice will provide end-to-end strategy and execution across talent negotiations and activations; entertainment partnerships; brand and product integration; and branded content. Working as part of M+C Saatchi’s integrated Sports+Entertainment team, the practice will help clients identify, negotiate and activate opportunities that connect brands with audiences through culture, entertainment and storytelling.
Bacchus is based in Los Angeles and will report to Derek Goode, Managing Director, M+C Saatchi Sport+Entertainment.
Goode said:
"Entertainment has become one of the most powerful drivers of cultural relevance for brands, creating opportunities to build lasting relationships with consumers, Clients are looking for partners who can help them navigate everything from talent negotiations and entertainment partnerships to branded content and product integration as part of one connected strategy. Jen has spent her career helping brands unlock those opportunities, making her the ideal leader to establish this practice."
Prior to joining M+C Saatchi, Bacchus spent more than four years at WME, where she advised leading brands including Visa, Marriott, McDonald’s, T-Mobile and Eddie Bauer on talent, music and entertainment strategies. Her work spanned celebrity partnerships, integrated campaigns, private performances, experiential activations, festival marketing and media integrations, helping brands identify culturally relevant opportunities that drive meaningful consumer engagement and long-term growth.
Bacchus said:
“The best entertainment partnerships influence culture rather than interrupting it. By bringing together talent strategy, entertainment partnerships and branded content under one practice, we can help clients create work that audiences genuinely want to engage with, while delivering measurable business value.”
The Entertainment Marketing practice builds on a period of significant growth and transformation for M+C Saatchi North America, further extending the agency’s integrated capabilities. Over the past 18 months, the agency has unified previously siloed capabilities into a single regional operating model while expanding leadership across strategy, creative, growth, consulting, health, sport, production and communications. Recent wins including Brand USA, Novo Nordisk and the U.S. Soccer Federation reflect growing demand for an integrated approach that brings together brand strategy, creativity, cultural relevance and business transformation.
