Jul. 16, 2026
M+C Saatchi Group UK has strengthened its creative leadership with the promotion of Guy Bradbury to Chief Creative Officer of M+C Saatchi’s UK creative agency and the appointment of Regan Warner as Executive Creative Director of M+C Saatchi's UK creative agency.
The appointments reflect M+C Saatchi's ambition to continue raising the quality and breadth of its creative output. Reporting to UK Group Executive Chair Marcus Peffers, Bradbury will lead the agency's creative vision, continuing to drive exceptional creative work for clients.
Bradbury has led the agency's creative department since joining M+C Saatchi in 2022, overseeing a period of significant creative and commercial momentum. Under his leadership, the Agency has delivered standout campaigns including Get Out of the Everyday. Get Into Teaching for the Department for Education, the National Conversation campaign written by James Graham OBE and voiced by Sir Ian McKellen, Screwfix's campaign featuring Sir Mo Farah, and Check if it’s Real for the Financial Conduct Authority, which picked up the President’s Award at The Drum Awards for Marketing EMEA 2026. During the same period, M+C Saatchi secured major account wins including the Investment Association, Severn Trent and JPMorgan Chase, alongside two places on the UK Government's communications roster.
Before joining M+C Saatchi, Bradbury was Creative Partner at Atomic London, the agency he co-founded in 2012. During his nine years there, he led award-winning work including Peperami's What Are You Made Of? and the Royal Opera House's Feel Something New, which won a Graphite Pencil at the D&AD Awards.
Across a 25-year career, Bradbury has built highly effective creative teams and nurtured creative talent at some of the world's leading agencies. He held senior creative leadership roles at DDB London and Saatchi & Saatchi, helping both agencies achieve recognition as the world's most awarded agency for creativity and effectiveness. His work has won more than 200 awards across television, print, digital, experiential, content and mobile.
Bradbury's first major appointment as Chief Creative Officer is Regan Warner, who joins as Executive Creative Director from McCann London. Reporting to Bradbury, Warner will lead the Creative Department and be responsible for driving creative excellence across the agency, partnering with clients to develop ambitious, integrated work while helping shape the next generation of creative talent at M+C Saatchi.
At McCann London, Warner worked across global and UK clients including Xbox, Reckitt, Pernod Ricard and Peroni, leading integrated campaigns, long-term brand platforms and new business. Her portfolio includes Xbox's The Everyday Tactician, winner of the Titanium Grand Prix at Cannes Lions, and Nurofen's See My Pain, which won both IPA and Effie effectiveness awards.
Alongside creating award-winning work, Warner has built a reputation for developing creative talent and high-performing teams, fostering a culture centred on ambition, craft, clarity and mentoring. She has served as a mentor for the Cannes Lions See It Be It programme and organisations including SheSays and Lollipop, judged the Creative Circle Awards and The One Show, and regularly speaks to and mentors the next generation of creatives.
The appointments mark the next chapter in M+C Saatchi's creative leadership following the departure of Global Chief Creative Officers Rob Doubal and Laurence Thomson. Building on the strong creative foundations established in recent years, Bradbury will lead the UK creative agency's creative vision, working alongside other UK creative leads, including Darren Bowles, chief creative officer of the agency's global consulting division; Conall McAteer, creative director of Sport and Entertainment UK, plus other regional creative leaders as part of M+C Saatchi’s global creative council model.
Marcus Peffers, Executive Chair at M+C Saatchi Group UK, said:
“Since joining, Guy has played a huge role in raising the quality and impact of our work. From being instrumental to our most significant new client wins to leading our recent haul of industry awards, he’s consistently delivered the type of bold, distinctive work that’s expected from M+C Saatchi. His promotion reflects the confidence we have in his creative vision for the future and Regan is a brilliant first hire. We’re so delighted that two such exceptional talents will be leading the next chapter of our creative ambition.”
Guy Bradbury, Chief Creative Officer at M+C Saatchi’s UK creative agency, added:
"M+C Saatchi has always believed in the power of creativity to solve business problems, shape culture and make a meaningful difference for our clients. As Chief Creative Officer, my ambition is to keep creativity at the centre of everything we do and empower our teams to produce standout work that earns its place in people's lives. Regan is one of the industry's most respected creative leaders. Alongside an exceptional body of award-winning work, she has a proven track record of building creative cultures where talented people do their best work. She combines world-class creative credentials with an entrepreneurial mindset and an instinctive understanding of how brands earn relevance in culture today. That's exactly the kind of leadership we want as we continue raising the creative bar across M+C Saatchi."
Regan Warner, Executive Creative Director at M+C Saatchi’s UK creative agency, concluded:
"M+C Saatchi's focus on Cultural Power really resonated with me. The best work happens when talented people from different disciplines come together with creativity at the centre. There's an incredible amount of talent here and a genuine ambition to create work that earns its place in culture rather than simply interrupting it. What really excited me was the opportunity to help shape the next chapter creatively, building an environment where people feel supported to be ambitious, push the craft and create work that solves real business problems while making a genuine impact in culture."
