MKG Promotes Mary Anne Broccolo to VP, Creative

Jul. 09, 2026

MKG, the award-winning creative agency specializing in brand experience and experiential marketing, today announced the promotion of Mary Anne Broccolo to VP, Creative. The expanded leadership role is designed to support MKG’s evolving integrated offering that extends experiential campaigns into broader brand and content engagements.

In the role, Broccolo, previously Executive Creative Director, will continue leading creative development for key clients while taking on expanded responsibility across multidisciplinary team leadership, project resourcing and creative operations. The move places responsibility for creative staffing and team structure directly under a leader who is deeply embedded in the work and understands what each assignment requires to succeed.

Lauren Austin, Chief Creative Officer of MKG said:

“As the scope of our work expands, we need leaders who understand not just the creative ambition behind the work, but what it actually takes operationally to deliver it efficiently and at a high level. Mary Anne has a unique ability to bring organization and structure to complex creative work without compromising the craft, which has made her an incredibly important leader inside the agency.”

The move reflects MKG’s continued evolution beyond standalone experiential activations into broader brand, content, and storytelling engagements that require closer collaboration across creative, production, strategy, and client teams. As client assignments become more ambitious and multidimensional, MKG is reshaping its leadership structure around the people best equipped to guide both the quality of the work and the systems behind it.

Broccolo said:

“Clients come to MKG for bold experiential campaigns, and increasingly they’re looking to create an impact far beyond the live moment. A big part of this role is not only making sure we have the right talent, but also the right team structure and creative processes to deliver that work at the level our clients expect from us.”

The promotion comes on the heels of MKG’s recent appointment of Annie Bleisnick to Chief of Staff as part of a broader evolution of the agency’s leadership structure. Together, the moves reflect MKG’s efforts to build a more integrated organization designed to support increasingly ambitious creative and brand experience assignments.
