Music industry veterans Elad Marish, Founder and Creative Director of Swell Sound, and Executive Producer Ana Velasco expand Swell’s offerings with Topshelf Music, a new music consultancy designed to help brands, agencies, production companies and creative teams navigate the music landscape through expert curation, artist relationships and creative strategy.

Topshelf serves as a curated resource connecting clients with composers, recording artists, independent labels and industry partners. Rather than functioning as a traditional music catalog or discovery platform, Topshelf takes a consultative approach, leveraging the founders’ extensive industry networks to source original compositions, exclusive licensing opportunities and artist collaborations tailored to each project's needs. Topshelf Music Artists include: Darondo, Claude Vonstroke, Betty Padgett, Pete Molinari, and Sons of Sevilla.

Marish shared:

"I'm thrilled to provide a platform for incredible music that stands apart from traditional stock libraries through the quality of its production and creative partnerships. Nothing is more rewarding than bringing authentic music to the production community."

Topshelf Music focuses on advertising, branded content and cultural programming projects, with a particular emphasis on original composition, custom music development and exclusive licensing opportunities.

Velasco said:

"I'm proud to represent a catalog that ranges from classic artists like Darondo, Betty Padgett and Sons of Sevilla to original bespoke compositions, all created and curated with the same commitment to quality. Audio and music should always be an exciting and intentional part of the overall creative process."

Marish, former National President of the Association of Music Producers, contributes years of experience working across independent and mainstream artist communities, as well as a deep understanding of music production and licensing.
