Ogilvy Paris Announces the Winner of the 3rd Edition of Hors Circuit
Jan. 25, 2024
Last October, Ogilvy Paris launched the 3rd edition of its "Hors Circuit" competition with partners Instagram and the association Les Déterminés. Made up of professionals from the fields of communications, social entrepreneurship and committed artists, the jury deliberated and chose Djenaba Diame, young entrepreneur, and founder of "La suite", a medium that promotes talented women from all walks of life.
The Hors Circuit competition aims to spotlight talented artists and creators who do not benefit from an established network. The main aim is to discover promising talent, with the goal being the realization of the winner's artistic project. This year, Ogilvy Paris received over a hundred applications. Participants had one month to present their project on the www.horscircuit-ogilvy.com website, integrating their social networks and audiovisual content to unveil their creative universe.
The jury met on Tuesday, December 19 to discuss, share and debate the candidates' projects, and it was Djenaba Diame's project that impressed the 10 jurors the most.
Matthieu Elkaim, President and Chief Creative Officer of Ogilvy Paris said:
"At just 27 years of age, Djenaba already has a beautiful project that she has started to set up, without any means but with admirable energy and ambition. Djenaba is a content creator, and with a certain freshness and candor, she produces mini reportage to highlight passionate and talented women who are little-known and too often remain in the shadows. Our role will be to help her develop her project, providing her with a more professional approach to writing, editorial line, artistic direction, production, and amplification of her content. We're delighted to be working with her this year, and look forward to our collaboration."
Djenaba Diame explained:
"Winning this competition is a great opportunity. I've always had an interest in the media and in the empowerment of women. I'm grateful to be able to combine the two with the La Suite project and make my contribution. I can't wait to embark on this new adventure alongside the Ogilvy Paris teams."
Ogilvy Paris brought together 10 profiles from a variety of backgrounds: artists, communications experts and committed entrepreneurs. All share the Hors Circuit values of equal opportunity, boundless creativity, and diversity.

Hors Circuit is an initiative dreamed up by Ogilvy Paris employees via its Diversity Equity & Inclusion committee. Launched in September 2021, the first edition of the Hors Circuit competition revealed illustrator Mélanie Gilloury (@studio.fulmine) and in 2022 it was director Eugène Bolengu who won the second edition.
