With the increasing digitalization of banking practices, online banking will increasingly become THE bank for independent customers looking for essential banking products and services at competitive prices.
As a challenger to the market N°1, Hello bank!'s ambition is to become the preferred online bank for individuals and independent entrepreneurs, with a simple and useful mission: to enable all French people who so wish to make a digital bank their main bank.

No. 2 in its sector, no.1 in digital customer relations for the past 4 years, and the only online bank to support both individuals and professionals, Hello bank! offers its 800,000+ customers an exciting experience, based on autonomy and total confidence, for day-to-day banking as well as for life's projects.

Hello bank! offers its customers everything they've come to expect from an online bank, with no compromises: a digital experience that enables ever greater autonomy thanks to its fluid mobile interface and innovative functionalities, a simple and competitive range of solutions for everyday life and customers' projects (day-to-day banking, savings, credit, insurance, provident savings, stock market...) as well as access to expert advice based in France and reachable by chat, telephone and social networks in real time.

"Online, only better." Hello bank!'s new signature now expresses this promise to its customers.

To bring this new brand platform to life, Marcel agency (Publicis Groupe) and Hello bank! (BNP Paribas Group) imagined a new communications territory with the help of Quebec director François Lallier. The result is a saga of 3 films produced by Prodigious with a humorous tone, featuring the various compromises we may have to accept in everyday life. The good news is that becoming a Hello bank! customer means no more compromises when it comes to choosing your bank.

The first broadcast of the saga will take place on January 7 and will benefit from a media plan on TV and VOD, on Netflix, in OOH and DOOH, as well as on digital channels.

Chloe Goldstein, Marketing & Business Development Director, Hello bank! said:

"Our new brand platform clearly illustrates our ambition: with Hello bank! by BNP Paribas, you no longer have to compromise between price and quality. You choose the attractiveness of an online bank that also chooses to place customer care at the heart of its digital relationship. We are convinced that our customers will rediscover the DNA of their brand in this humorous saga, in its new leitmotiv "Online, better", and will be more and more likely to make Hello bank! their main bank."

Virgile Lassalle, Creative Director, Marcel agency said:

"The new Hello bank! tagline is an ambitious promise. The creative had to live up to this level of audacity with a campaign that was unexpected for the banking sector. Fortunately, while this new saga illustrates the small compromises of everyday life, we didn't have to compromise on creativity."
