Company 3 is pleased to share that Raquel Balsam has joined its New York team as Executive Producer/Head of Sales. Raquel joins the post-production house’s advertising division with over 18 years of experience linking top-tier creative talent and leading global brands to deliver standout campaigns. In her role, she will focus on expanding the studio’s reach and ensuring that Company 3 remains the premier partner for high-end commercial color and finishing.

Raquel is a trusted industry strategist with a track record of scaling directorial talent at Hungry Man and Good Company. During her tenure at Hungry Man, she helped cement the company’s reputation for excellence by signing A-list cultural heavyweights including Taika Waititi and Dan Opsal. Most recently, she leads a strategic consultancy, drawing on her deep agency roots to advise commercial production companies on brand positioning and market growth.

Raquel said:

"I’m thrilled to join Company 3 at a time when the demand for high-level creative finishing and seamless global collaboration has never been greater. My years at Hungry Man and Good Company gave me a deep understanding of how directors, agencies, and brands evaluate partners, not just on craft, but on trust, service, and strategic value."

Welcoming Raquel to the leadership team, Meghan Lang, SVP, Global Managing Director, Advertising, noted:

"Raquel’s instinct for talent and her sophisticated understanding of the agency landscape are second to none. She has a proven ability to cultivate the kind of meaningful partnerships that drive business forward. We are incredibly excited to have her leading our New York sales efforts as we continue to evolve and grow our global advertising offerings."

Raquel’s arrival underscores Company 3's commitment to providing clients with unparalleled expertise and a seamless experience. Her unique perspective on talent and brand strategy will be instrumental as the studio continues to push the boundaries of creative post-production and visual storytelling.
