So Energy Launches new Brand Campaign: "We Do Energy, You Do You"

So Energy, a leading renewable energy supplier known for its transparent pricing and customer-first ethos, has unveiled its new brand campaign, “We Do Energy, You Do You” – a bold creative platform that reinforces the company’s ongoing commitment to finding the right energy solutions for every customer.

At the heart of the campaign is a simple but powerful message: there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to energy use. Whether customers are powering homes, hobbies, or lifestyles, So Energy makes it easy – so people can focus on what matters most to them.

The campaign encapsulates So Energy’s customer-first approach, highlighting its simple switching process and a range of services designed to take the hassle out of energy management. By positioning energy as something customers shouldn’t have to worry about, So Energy underscores its role as the reliable partner that does energy – so customers don’t have to.

Created in collaboration with Studio Blackburn, the campaign uses the power of the brand name ‘So’ as a punchy, flexible set-up to introduce a variety of unexpected energy moments. The creative direction features three distinctive scenarios, including a guest appearance from RuPaul's Drag Race UK contestant Actavia, produced in 30, 15 and 6-second formats, bringing So Energy’s vibrant identity and personality to life.

Visually, the campaign is defined by bold imagery, distinctive use of the So Energy logo, and the brand’s signature electric yellow, all designed to drive recognition and interaction.

“From the start, we wanted the creative to reflect the simplicity and confidence of the brand. The use of electric yellow and the ‘So’ language gives us a strong, ownable platform that’s instantly recognisable and refreshingly direct.”

 

The campaign will roll out across Meta, Demand Gen, and YouTube to reach audiences at key digital touchpoints and build sustained brand familiarity.

As So Energy continues to expand its reach and enhance its customer offering, “We Do Energy, You Do You” marks an exciting new chapter for the brand.
