The Many Appoints Victor M. Parker II as Director of Communications and Marketing

May. 05, 2023

Leading integrated agency The Many has announced the appointment of Victor M. Parker II as its Director of Communications and Marketing. In his new role, he will report to Maggie Cadigan, Managing Director of Growth. As Director of Communications and Marketing, Parker will lead The Many's communication and marketing strategies, including building strong relationships with media outlets and talent.

Parker brings a wealth of experience in corporate communications to The Many, having most recently spearheaded communications, studio, and talent relations initiatives at Fika Media Company, a seed-stage startup co-founded by HBO's Silicon Valley creators. He has also worked as Director of Corporate Communications at Ayzenberg Group, overseeing and celebrating the creative work of the group’s multiple companies and products.

In addition to his responsibilities as Director of Communications and Marketing for the agency, Parker will spearhead communications and marketing for The Many Studios, the agency's recently launched content studio offering that provides a complete suite of end-to-end production services and development, including original IP and branded entertainment.

Parker's experience at Warner Bros. Entertainment, where he worked on publicity initiatives, gives him a deep understanding of the entertainment industry and the latest digital and social media trends. His expertise in audience engagement and content creation will be essential in elevating The Many Studios' profile and promoting its original IP and branded entertainment to a broader audience.

Christian Jacobsen, CEO of The Many said:

"We always have so many interesting things happening in our shop, but just like the cobbler’s kids having no shoes, we’ve been unable to communicate this to the outside world. He represents the full package we were seeking - a combination of curiosity, creativity, and professionalism underpinned by an innate ability to read between the lines and see the story in the story."

Parker said:

"I'm excited to join The Many and work alongside the team of talented individuals. The company has a rich history of creative excellence. I look forward to playing a vital role in the agency and studios’ growth and success."

Maggie Cadigan added:

"I am confident that Victor's experience and leadership will be instrumental in advancing The Many's marketing efforts as we write and share the next chapter of The Many’s story. We are stoked to have him on board and look forward to feeling the impact he will have on the future of our brand, our team, and our clients."

Parker's extensive experience includes working with brands like Intel, Microsoft, Xbox, City of Hope, Bethesda Softworks, Ad Council, and Square Enix.
