Collective Measures Appoints Rachel Hipschman as Senior Director of Growth
Sep. 09, 2026
Collective Measures, the independent, 100% employee-owned media and analytics agency, has appointed Rachel Hipschman as senior director of growth, strengthening its leadership team as the agency looks to accelerate new business and expand its national client portfolio.
Based in New York City, Hipschman will lead growth initiatives focused on bringing new opportunities into the agency and increasing the size and scale of its client relationships. She reports to Co-President Allison McMenimen Bakken.
Hipschman joins Collective Measures from Known, where she served as director of new business and became the agency’s first dedicated business development lead. Appointed by Known’s CMO to lead media RFPs and RFIs, she built the function and its pitch processes from the ground up, helping increase both pitch volume and opportunity size. She also helped craft the pitch narrative behind the agency’s AI-powered marketing platform, positioning it as a core differentiator with enterprise clients.
Allison McMenimen Bakken said:
"Rachel knows what it takes to compete for ambitious, complex business, and more importantly, how to build the teams and processes required to win it. We have the capabilities, talent, and technology to compete with agencies many times our size, and Rachel’s appointment is an investment in making sure more brands know that, while bringing Collective Measures into a broader set of conversations nationally."
Before Known, Hipschman held media strategy roles at Horizon Media and Mindshare. At Mindshare, she was selected by senior leadership to lead media strategy for Robert Kraft’s first "Stand Up to Jewish Hate" campaign, which earned a Silver Cannes Lion in the media category and generated five billion media impressions. At Horizon Media, her client work included Blue Buffalo during its acquisition by General Mills and Peloton during its IPO.
Hipschman graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
Her appointment comes as Collective Measures continues to invest in the capabilities supporting its next stage of growth, combining full-funnel media strategy with advanced measurement and its proprietary intelligence system, Practix.
