Goodness Adds Drew Hyland as Growth Manager and David Weihs as CRO UX Specialist
Sep. 04, 2024
Digital commerce agency Goodness further strengthens its ability to service best-in-class brands with the addition of Drew Hyland as Growth Manager and David Weihs as CRO UX Specialist. As brands increasingly rely on digital tools and platforms to better connect with consumers, each brings valuable experience in retail strategies that drive growth, while embodying the agency’s independent spirit.
Formerly the Head of Brand & Digital Marketing at DTC wellness brand Papa & Barkley, Drew is well versed in navigating the needs and challenges of the modern retail landscape, having developed and launched countless new brands and products. He is singular in his ability to utilize data, analyzing performance metrics to pinpoint trends and building omnichannel strategies that enable breakthrough success. Now at Goodness, he will work alongside the product team to optimize both user experience and performance with an eye toward delivering growth for brands.
Meanwhile, David has spent years leveraging his data and user experience expertise for everyone from Magic Spoon to Netflix to Skims. As founder of his own firm, he spearheaded a full-service CRO and data analysis offering, emphasizing fast execution and results for over 40 e-commerce clients. This will prove invaluable at Goodness, where he will work closely with design, development and strategy teams to not only conduct important research into evolving user behaviors and preferences in the DTC space, but also radically improve conversion rates for clients.
Both join on the heels of Goodness being named DTC agency partner for OREO® DTC - leading Oreo.com’s growth into a robust ecommerce platform. No stranger to collaborating with Mondelēz International brands, Goodness is also a longtime partner of CLIF Bar, acting as their digital agency for over 10 years.
Goodness CEO Ryan Vanni explained:
“Drew and David are two exceptional talents that are both grounded and driven to win. Our clients require specialists that know the brand, the technology, the consumer and the complex tactical infrastructure that builds long term growth. Drew and David bring these benefits and so much more. As importantly, their talents will ensure that Goodness remains a best-in-class, digital commerce partner – future-proofing brand experience, technology and growth competencies resulting in sustainable long-term growth.”
