Apr. 21, 2017
LIDA has promoted Claire Cootes to Managing Director of its London office to replace Jonathan Goodman, who is moving to the USA to become the Founding Partner of LIDA New York.
Cootes was previously a Managing Partner with responsibility for the agency’s o2 account. She has worked at LIDA for four years, having also worked at both OgilvyOne and Iris.
Cootes will report to Victoria Fox, the Chief Executive Officer of LIDA, who said:
“Claire has big shoes to fill, but I have no doubt she will step up brilliantly to this challenge. As we grow our LIDA offering, Claire has the breadth of skills and depth of knowledge as well as charm to help us succeed on this journey.”
As LIDA grows its international footprint, Goodman has been chosen to spearhead the agency’s growth in US.
Fox added:
“We couldn’t choose anyone better to build a successful and fully-rounded LIDA offering in the US. Jonathan has LIDA in his blood and a brilliant track record of driving and growing client revenue.”
