St. John has made three hires in its Creative department. ACD, Writer David Dulock; ACD, Art Director Andrew Harrison, and Senior Art Director Lindsey McKee. They will be working on Ruby Tuesday, Metro Diner and the agency’s banking and financial services clients. St. John President and COO Jeff McCurry made the announcement today.

These and other recent hires are designed to meet St. John’s rapidly expanding needs for brand and content ideas across the wide range of continuously evolving channels for its clients.

McCurry explained:

“We’re adding staff to our agency creative teams and at Nectar, our content studio.

As for Dulock, Harrison, and McKee, ECD Peter Herbst said:

"Their approach to projects is wide open, they meander in and out of digital experiences seamlessly and create work that isn’t hemmed in by a specific channel or platform."

Dulock is a seasoned copywriter who has worked on everything from TV and radio to web and social media. He has 13 years of experience as a copywriter at agencies such as ASO, FOCUS Brands, and Intermark Group as well as freelance assignments. With his experience in and around food brands, ranging from Moe’s Southwest Grille, Cinnabon, and regional favorite Schlotzsky’s, David definitely knows how to stir an appetite.

Harrison has 14 years of experience in art direction from Sales Factory in Raleigh, NC, where he was an associate creative director, and New York agencies Ammirati and Avrett Free Ginsberg. He's worked on national brands such as Powerade and Friskies and on large-budget TV campaigns. He has a knack for understanding a brand’s target audience and connecting with them in a meaningful way.

Senior Art Director McKee is a Creative Circus grad who started her ad career at Digitas. Her most recent experience is with Martin Williams, where she worked on General Mills, Syngenta, Kubota, and Basilica Block Party. Prior to Martin Williams, she was at 3Headed Monster and worked on Nothing Bundt Cakes and Havertys. Her path to becoming an art director was anything but ordinary. She dabbled in politics and political media before shifting her talents to advertising.
