In 2021, Quebec’s 10,000 milk producers are proudly renewing this tradition of celebrating their flagship product. After another pandemic year, there is a real desire to celebrate this once-in-a-year, warm moment when Quebecers can finally reconnect after such a long period of limited human contact.
