The idea started with the product benefit in mind. Knowing the “problem” is a more powerful way to get attention and to create the urgency needs. But we all know that is not attractive and the brand will not want to be associated with “Ugly” images. So we started to look at the “pretty” side of the problem and realized wrinkles, facial hollows and flat cheek can be very sexy, pretty and attractive…on our pets.
